Every child has a need to engage in outdoor play & learning.

Outdoor play & learning is not only for Pre-k children or University students, young learners of all ages benefit from time spent outside.

Place-based experiential learning leads to higher retention of subject matter and a deeper understanding of how diverse subjects are interconnected. Our programs are built around creating connections with our local landscapes and ecosystems through play and child led learning.

Did you know that children are happier and healthier when they spend their time outdoors?

The research supports it and as dirty, happy outdoor kids, we know it's true! Children of all ages need access to the benefits of learning and playing outside. Regardless of background, upbringing, or experience, everyone learns and grows by spending time outdoors.

With 2020 being such a wild year and so many people remembering the value of being outside, it created the perfect environment to launch a program that supports children spending more time outdoors.
